This information and the new Your Track to Health website applies to Railroad employees currently or formerly covered nationally under The Railroad Employees National Health and Welfare Plan, The National Railway Carriers and United Transportation Union Health and Welfare Plan and certain other supplemental and retirement plans.   It does not apply to AMTRAK employees.
